1. General Provisions & Scope of Service

These Terms of Service (Regulamin) govern the legal relationship between AlleSeller Global Technologies Sp. z o.o. (ul. Marszałkowska 126/134, 00-008 Warszawa, NIP: PL5252899120, KRS: 0000984120, REGON: 389421092) ('AlleSeller', 'Provider') and business entities or individual entrepreneurs ('User', 'Subscriber') utilizing the AlleSeller web software suite, API interfaces, and the AlleInspector browser extension.

AlleSeller provides quantitative marketplace analytics, financial profit modeling, intellectual property scanning tools, and sales intelligence for e-commerce operators active on the Allegro marketplace in Central and Eastern Europe.

2. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in Polish Złoty (PLN) or equivalent convertible currencies on a monthly or annual recurring cadence.
• VAT invoices (Faktura VAT 23%) are automatically generated and dispatched via email immediately following transaction settlement.
• Subscribers may terminate auto-renewal at any time through the customer portal with immediate effect for subsequent billing cycles.
